Role: Senior Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee operations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, working from our Chennai headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site position critical to ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinics in these regions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for clinics in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, with a strong focus on healthcare recruitment processes.
Design and implement training programs to develop and retain top talent.
Oversee performance management, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Handle employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, driving efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in recruitment, particularly in the healthcare sector.
Experience in designing and managing training and performance management frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and compliance.
Proficiency in formulating and implementing HR strategies and policies.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
Fluency in Telugu is mandatory to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and inspire teams.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (HR certification preferred).
Minimum of 5+ years of managerial experience in HR, preferably in a multi-location environment.
