Responsibilities :
Responsible for conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion.
Direct and contribute to video editing, motion graphics creation, and post-production processes for impactful results.
Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, coordinators, and other relevant staff.
Delegate tasks and oversee project timelines to ensure timely completion of all creative elements.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Understand design and smart copy, and recognize fresh approaches to advertising.
Revise creatives, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team.
Supervise Operations of Multiple Projects.
Accountable for collaborating with Client Servicing Team Leads to obtain knowledge of the client’s requirements.
Directly working with Art Directors, Illustrators, Videographers etc. to help them use their talents effectively.
Possess strong knowledge of each step of a campaign to give creative direction and work on schedule.
Accountable to meet client's advertising expectations.
Guide subordinates into accomplished professionals.
Requirements :
Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, video editing, and brand development.
Should have 6 to 8 years of experience.
Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, 2D, 3D, Sketch, Premier Pro, After effect, DaVinchi Reslover, Canva, CorelDraw
Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator After Effects etc.
Social media experience, Digital Films, and Campaigns.
Excellent command of communication.
Pushes for the best possible work and stands up for great ideas.
