Job Title: Key Accounts Manager - Ice Cream Business


Location: Pune, Mumbai or any major metro


Reports To: Managing Director & CEO


CTC : 10-12 Lakhs


Job Summary: As the Key Accounts Manager for our ice cream division, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients. Your goal is to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the successful delivery of our ice cream products to major accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors and big brands in ice cream.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategies that drive revenue growth for key accounts.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Lead negotiations for contracts and pricing with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues as they arise.

Product Knowledge and Promotion:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including flavors, packaging, and seasonal promotions.
  • Provide training and support to clients on new products and promotional strategies.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
  • Communicate client feedback to internal teams to help improve product offerings and service levels.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Sales & Business development or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
