Job Description:
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Noida
Department: Sustainable
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary -  upto 8.5.00 LPA
Responsibilities:
Identifying and analyzing potential markets, customers, and opportunities for solar energy projects.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in solar technology.
Identifying and approaching potential clients, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target markets.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Leading and mentoring a team of professionals involved in business development, sales, and project management.
Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management
Strong understanding of solar technologies and renewable energy industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of government policies and regulations related to solar energy
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management
Mandatory Requirement - Must Have Solar Energy BD Experience
