The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international education systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals overseas.Key Responsibilities:Gain cross-functional exposure to various departments involved in international student recruitment.Handle student inquiries and provide professional guidance regarding admissions and visa processes.Communicate effectively with prospective students to build understanding and trust throughout the application cycle.Adhere strictly to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.Follow up regularly with students, ensuring they are updated on every stage of the process.Maintain documentation and record communications via emails and internal systems (e.g., CRM).Educate students on compliance requirements and assist with document preparation.Maintain office protocols, confidentiality, and decorum at all times.Report progress and issues promptly to the Manager.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Counselling, International Relations, or related fields)1–3 years of experience in academic advising, international education, or a related roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesFamiliarity with global education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platformsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We OfferA collaborative and supportive work cultureCompetitive salaryPrivate medical insuranceFlexible work schedulesGenerous holiday and sick leave policiesOpportunities for professional development and upskillingCompany-sponsored events and team-building activitiesComplimentary company lunches and free snacksCareer advancement pathwaysStaff accommodation
