Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (with extensive travel across Eastern and Western India)Work Experience: Minimum 5 years (social sector experience preferred)Compensation: Annual CTC up to ₹6 LPA (Fixed) + Variable Pay + Commitment BonusLanguage Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (verbal and written)Position SummaryThe HR Manager will play a strategic role in strengthening Switch ON’s human resources function by leading end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance, and cultural integration.
