Role : Junior Accounts Executive
Years : 2-3 years
Location : Chennai - Work from office
Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting transactions of different locations like UK, Singapore,UAE & Germany.
Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and Annual closing .
Handle PO process.
Budget Compilations as per corporate guidelines.
Manage and reconcile Accounts payables and receivables.
Ensure timely bank payments and reconciliation.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Audit financial transactions and documents regularly .
Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Prepare management reports.
Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of intercompany transactions.
Maintain the privacy of financial information.
Assess accounting software applications and accounting control procedures.
Requirements:
2 - 3 years of relevant experience
Working skills in accounting ERPs & systems
Working skills in MS Office
Knowledge in statutory compliances
Knowledge in accounting concepts & processes.
