Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Manager - B2C at Expert Law. The CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer relationship strategies aimed at improving client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include developing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer behaviors and trends, implementing market segmentation strategies, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with customers Experience in sales and knowledge of customer acquisition strategies in the B2C market Expertise in market segmentation and creating targeted engagement strategies Proven project management skills to oversee and execute CRM initiatives Familiarity with CRM tools and software, as well as experience in the legal or service industry, is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
