Who You Are Energetic, dependable, and always up for collaboration Naturally organized and detail-oriented A people person who enjoys connecting and creating meaningful experiences Comfortable taking initiative and following through Clear communicator with a genuine interest in storytelling and engagement What You’ll Bring Education Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field Experience 0-1 year in employee engagement, event operations, internal communication, or culture programs (internships count) Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Creativity and basic design ability (experience with Canva is mandatory) Familiarity with AI-based tools and platforms for content or design Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new tools/software (e.g., survey platforms, engagement dashboards) Organized, detail-oriented, and open to learning and taking on new challenges What You’ll Do You’ll be part of the team that brings Damco’s communication and culture programs to life—both behind the scenes and in front of the crowd. From event logistics to employee storytelling, you’ll help make sure every idea turns into a meaningful experience. Your day could include: Planning, scheduling, and coordinating internal events, celebrations, and engagement activities (virtual/in-office) Managing invites, checklists, logistics, and on-ground execution for seamless delivery Collaborating with vendors, facilities, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to bring events and initiatives to life Hosting or anchoring internal events and drives as needed Supporting in drafting internal communication content—including invites, teasers, updates, recaps, scripts, and announcements Helping manage and update internal communication channels like the intranet, chat platforms, or dashboards Maintaining and updating trackers, reports, and culture dashboards Monitoring employee feedback platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, AmbitionBox) and supporting engagement reporting Capturing photos, videos, and stories from events and office moments for internal and social media use Coordinating employee video bytes, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content Gathering and documenting employee feedback to improve workplace experiences Supporting culture initiatives like theme days, festivals, recognition campaigns, and volunteering programs Sharing fresh ideas to make internal communication more creative, inclusive, and fun The Journey Ahead Quick Chat: HR connects to understand your background and motivations Skill Dive: Short writing or coordination task to see your approach Final Round: Discussion with the Communication & Culture team Life at Damco Founded in 1996, Damco Solutions is a global technology company driving digital transformation, IT services, and consulting.
