Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Manager to oversee and manage the on-site implementation of trunkey interior design projects, the ideal candidate will coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a critical role in turning design concepts into reality, ensuring the smooth execution of all site activities. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Project Coordination: • Manage day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution. • Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. • Interpret and implement design drawings and specifications on-site. 2. Site Supervision & Management: • Oversee all aspects of interior fit-out projects, including planning, execution, and quality control. • Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers. • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards. 3. Budget & Schedule Management: • Prepare project schedules, timelines, and budgets. • Ensure that projects are completed within the agreed time frame and budget. • Track and manage expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment. 4. Quality Assurance: • Ensure all works meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations. • Conduct regular inspections and snag lists to identify and rectify issues before project handover. • Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly. 5. Communication & Reporting: • Maintain regular communication with clients, designers, and project teams. • Prepare and present progress reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders. • Maintain accurate site records, including drawings, changes, and daily logs. Requirements: • Strong knowledge of interior design principles and construction processes. • Proven experience managing interior fit-out projects, from concept to completion. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Effective communication and negotiation skills. • Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications. • Familiarity with construction software (Auto CAD, Revit, MS Project, etc.) is a plus. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • 3-5 years of experience in interior site management . Summary: The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role includes managing subcontractors, inspecting work quality, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing construction and Interior sites or related projects.
