Job Overview


The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients and project teams to develop, plan, and execute unique and functional interior design solutions. This role involves interpreting client needs, preparing design concepts, and managing project timelines and budgets to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of materials and finishes, and experience with space planning and design software.


Primary Responsibilities:


• Meet with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.

• Develop design concepts and present proposals including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings.

• Conduct space planning, site measurements, and produce detailed floor plans.

• Source and select furniture, materials, finishes, and accessories to align with the project’s aesthetic and functional goals.

• Coordinate and manage vendors, subcontractors and labor on-site to ensure tasks are completed according to plan.

• Oversee installations and conduct site visits to ensure design standards and quality are met.

• Maintain clear and accurate site documentation, including daily logs, reports, and records.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, materials, and industry innovations.


Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Proven experience as an interior designer, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.

• Strong communication, project management, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

• Knowledge of building codes, health and safety standards, and regulations.


Summary:


The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role includes managing subcontractors, inspecting work quality, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing construction and Interior sites or related projects.


Work Environment:


• Office Setting: Interior Designer and Site Coordinators typically work in design studios or offices.

• On-Site Visits: Occasional site visits are required to oversee project progress and address any issues.

• Hours: Generally, follow a standard workweek, but flexibility may be needed to meet project deadlines.

• Office Location – Spaze Corporate Park, First Floor, Sector 69, Gurugram, Haryana-122006
