Job Summary:
The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing HR operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the HR processes within the organization. The role involves employee onboarding, employee engagement, compliance management, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with the company’s objectives and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage on-boarding activities to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Ensure timely compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and prepare necessary documentation.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Experience: 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, freight, or transportation sectors.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRMS software and proficiency in MS Office.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements specific to the logistics industry.
