For more information visit, kindly visit: & Position Summary The mentioned resource will focus on building quotes, crossing products, and helping sales team w.r.t product engineering knowledge and insights.
Position Title: Quotations Engineer Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Responsibilities • Ability to read and understand product specification and plumbing plans.
• Ability to read and understand MEP plans and plumbing architectural plans.
• Provides spec writing services including crossing competitive spec and matching them to Zurn products.
• Understanding and able to interpret Plumbing drawings and layouts along with fixture schedule.
• Create digital specifications and collaborate with customers on projects using Zurn’s proprietary digital specification solution.
• Responsibilities also include providing equipment functionality and capability reports to the sales force, and acting as technical liaison to the sales team • Collaborate closing with the spec sales team to create and delivery specifications for key accounts and large commercial building projects • Coordinate additional support activities and post-sales technical support with engineering departments.
• Produce Presentations and product comparisons for sales assistance.
• Determine product technical strength/weaknesses vs.
competition.
• Specialty knowledge of finished plumbing, fixture carriers, PEX, water safety & control and/or commercial drainage products.
Experience and Skill Required • BE/B.
Tech in Mechanical/Civil Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area • Knowledge of inside-sales process and quoting/bidding is mandatory.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, (Power Point, Excel, Word, Access)• Teamwork, presentation, project management, and verbal/written communication skills required • Ability to work independently and execute task in timely manner.
