We are seeking a Regional Credit Head / Product Manager – Lending Automation with strong expertise in unsecured business loans, credit policy, and risk assessment . This role is ideal for professionals from NBFC or lending backgrounds who have a solid understanding of credit evaluation and want to transition into a fintech product leadership role . The position blends credit domain leadership with product ownership , offering the opportunity to shape the future of digital credit systems. Key Responsibilities Credit & Risk Management Evaluate unsecured and SME/business loan proposals, define credit underwriting parameters , and establish decisioning frameworks. Design risk and credit policies aligned with business goals, product strategy, and regulatory norms. Work with NBFC/lending partners to structure co-lending or embedded credit models . Continuously monitor portfolio performance and recommend data-backed policy refinements . Product Strategy & Development Translate credit workflows and business logic into functional specifications for the product and technology teams. Define automated credit rules, scoring logic, and decision tree models within lending platforms.
