Job Description:Role - Sourcing Team Leader (Commercial Sales)The person will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sourcing executives and lead generation targets through channel partners, brokers, and direct sourcing. The role involves strategy, relationship management, and performance tracking to ensure consistent business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, train, and motivate the sourcing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and developers.- Identify new sourcing opportunities to expand the business network.- Monitor team performance and provide regular updates and reports to management.- Ensure quality lead generation and smooth coordination between sourcing and closing teams.- Conduct regular market research to track competitor activity and pricing trends.- Manage end-to-end sourcing process — from identifying prospects to onboarding.- Drive team productivity through incentives, reviews, and structured follow-ups.Requirements:- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing, sales, or channel management.- Proven experience in handling and motivating a team.- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.- Familiarity with property markets and broker ecosystems.
