Reports To : Funding Manager
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the management and tracking of funds for various projects and company operations.
Support in the preparation of funding proposals, documentation, and reports.
Monitor cash flow and track funding utilization.
Liaise with financial institutions, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure smooth funding processes.
Analyze financial data to provide insights into funding needs and optimize fund usage.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory funding requirements.
Assist in evaluating and monitoring the performance of funded projects and initiatives.
Help in identifying potential funding sources and opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all funding-related transactions.
Qualifications and Skills :
Master’s in Finance, or a qualification as a Cost Accountant (CMA).
Basic knowledge of funding processes and financial instruments.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Preferred :
Previous internship or work experience in finance or funding is a plus.
Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and funding structures.
