Furthermore, we have established a Mega Factory in the heart of Infovalley-2 EMC Park in Bhubaneswar, dedicated to the production of high-quality solar modules. Position – RESCO Project & Maintenance Head

Role & Responsibility: -
The RESCO Head is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy projects, ensuring their success and alignment with organizational goals. Below are the key roles and responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's renewable energy objectives.
Identify opportunities for new RESCO projects and expand the business portfolio.
Monitor market trends, regulations, and policies affecting the renewable energy sector.
2. Project Management
Oversee the end-to-end management of renewable energy projects, from tendering to commissioning.
Ensure projects are executed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Liaise with stakeholders, including government bodies, contractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Financial Oversight
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Collaborate with the finance team to secure funding and manage financial risks.
Ensure compliance with RESCO-specific financing models, including PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements).
4. Operations and Maintenance
Ensure optimal performance and maintenance of renewable energy systems (e.g., solar PV systems).
Monitor energy output and address any performance issues promptly.
Implement best practices in operations and maintenance to maximize efficiency.
5. Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians.
Allocate resources effectively and resolve operational challenges.
Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and performance.
6. Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to renewable energy projects.
Manage documentation and reporting requirements for regulatory authorities.
7. Client and Stakeholder Engagement
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Handle negotiations and finalize contracts, including PPAs and service agreements.
Address client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
8. Innovation and Technology Adoption
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the renewable energy sector.
Propose innovative solutions to enhance energy efficiency and reduce costs.
Drive the adoption of advanced tools for monitoring and managing energy systems.
9. Risk Management
Identify and mitigate risks associated with RESCO projects, including technical, financial, and operational risks.
Develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges.
10. Reporting and Performance Evaluation
Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future projects.
