Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA.We are supporting a well esteemed client of ours searching for a Power BI Specialist to work on a 12 month renewable contract.Minimum Experience:The ideal candidate will have strong experience on the following:5+ years experience working with MSSQL Server (22/19/16/12)SQL Server: Database administration, performance tuning & optimisation, troubleshooting, backupsDeep expertise with Business Intelligence & Data analytics solutions such as Power BI, SSIS, SSAS & SSRSPower BI: Integrations, advanced features, report developmentAdvanced Analytics: Utilizing Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and Multidimensional Expressions (MDX) to create complex calculations and business logic within cubes.Cube Development: Designing and developing multidimensional and tabular models using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).Strong skills in data modelling, ETL processes, and report developmentProficiency in scripting languages such as T-SQL and PowerShell - having a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
