We’re looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with 3+ years of expertise in building scalable, high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications that delight users worldwide.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain cross-platform apps using Flutter & Dart.- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality code.- Build reusable components and maintain clean, testable code.- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Firebase, and 3rd-party SDKs.- Implement real-time chat, voice call, and video call functionalities (using Agora, Twilio, WebRTC, or similar).- Manage AWS S3 media upload, storage, and retrieval for images, videos, and documents.- Optimize performance for speed, scalability, and battery efficiency.- Debug and fix issues across Android & iOS devices and OS versions.- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile practices.- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers.Required Skills & QualificationsCore Flutter Expertise- Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.- Strong in OOP concepts & state management (Bloc, Provider, GetX, Riverpod).- Proficient in complex UI/animations using Flutter Widgets & CustomPaint.- Deep understanding of Flutter architecture & internals.Mobile-Specific Skills- Experience in implementing chat, video, and voice calling features using SDKs (Agora, Twilio, Jitsi, WebRTC).- Proficient in platform-specific integrations via Method Channels.- Knowledge of Native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.- Strong grasp of app lifecycle, background processes, push notifications, and permissions.- API & Backend Integration- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets.- Hands-on with Firebase Suite: Firestore, Auth, FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config.- Experience handling AWS S3 bucket media management (upload, download, optimization).Testing & Debugging- Proficient in Unit, Widget, and Integration Testing.- Familiar with Postman, Charles Proxy, Firebase Performance Monitoring.- Tools & Platforms- Version control with Git/GitHub/GitLab.- CI/CD pipelines using Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.- Cloud testing with BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab.Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)- Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, TDD.- Exposure to Flutter Web/Desktop apps.- Experience publishing on App Store & Google Play.- Familiarity with analytics, user behavior tracking & A/B testing.Soft Skills- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.- Strong communication & collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team.- Passion for continuous learning & innovation.How to ApplySend your resume to your profile to: Include links to your GitHub, portfolio, or published apps.Please mention the position (Flutter Developer) in your email/WhatsApp subject line/message.
