Title: IT I&O India Hub Manager IT Infrastructure & Operations India Hub The IT I&O India Hub Manager will oversee the operations and management of assigned scope inside ADM’s India Hub, coordinating seamlessly across teams and aligning with global IT Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) strategies. The IT I&O India Hub Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality IT services and supporting the organization’s business objectives. This role will have local oversight of cross-matrixed teams delivering global services through the Compute Services, User Workplace, Operations & Support, and Site Support teams. Lead and locally manage the IT I&O teams at ADM’s India Hub, aligning with global IT I&O strategies, technical roadmaps, and organizational goals Provide cross-matrixed oversight of key roles within the India Hub, including Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) Engineers, Command Center Leads, and Demand Managers Drive operational excellence across teams through implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Work with global IT leadership to integrate ADM’s India Hub into the IT I&O framework Continuously identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, service quality improvements, and cost optimization within the India Hub Comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards Partner with stakeholders to address operational challenges, resolve escalations, and deliver high-quality IT services Monitor and report on the performance of the India Hub, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement among members of the India Hub team Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional development and career growth Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions ~ Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), process optimization, and automation tools ~ Knowledge of IT infrastructure, disaster recovery, and capacity planning strategies ~ At ADM, we unlock the power of nature to provide access to nutrition worldwide.
