Job DescriptionIVCA is the Apex Industry body for Alternative Asset Investors Investing in India. We have an active member base of ~390+ top International & Domestic PE/VC funds, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Real Estate funds, Limited Partners, Family Offices and others from the Alternate Investment Ecosystem. Collectively, IVCA membership manages an aggregate AUM of $340 billion +We are actively hiring for our Private Equity function, and are looking for a self-driven, passionate individual who's hungry to learn and eager to contribute towards building this function. This opportunity involves closely working + networking with the top Global & Domestic Alternate Capital Fund's, Government bodies, Policymakers & Regulators, Premier Consulting firms & Educational Institutions etc.Designation: Senior Associate – PE EcosystemLocation: BKC, MumbaiJob Role:Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with private equity funds and key stakeholders within the industry. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned member firms, ensuring their requirements and concerns are addressed promptly.Member Support: Assist members with inquiries, provide relevant information, and ensure they are aware of all latest updates Event Support: Support the planning and execution of industry events and conferences including IVCA Flagship conferences. Assist in maintaining Vendor Relations. Business Development: Assist in creating sales pipeline and onboarding new membersPlanning niche events, webinars and working on Flagship Summits/ Conferences organized by IVCAContent: Develop content for various PE events and initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials. Help create and disseminate promotional materials for events and initiatives.Others: Support the Sector Councils and Special Interest Groups within IVCA Managing member communications as and when requiredAssist in organizing member meetings, roundtables, and other engagement activities.What we are looking for:Minimum 2-3 year working experience requiredFluent understanding of how PE/VC funds operate and on the general PE/VC ecosystem (Sector Activity/Movements, Trends etc.)Must be a people’s person, and is open to interact, network and build long-term relationships with prominent public & private stakeholdersStrong Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Office SuiteShould be fluent in English with strong communication & writing abilitiesSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamAbility to balance and prioritize multiple projectsNote: This is a Non-Investment Role, IVCA is an Industry body representing the Alternate Capital Industry & does not make any direct/indirect investments in any capacityThis position may require occasional travel and flexibility in working hours to accommodate meetings and eventsThe position will be based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, INDIA.
