Job Description: Pinkvilla seeks a dynamic Host to create compelling content for our audience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about interviewing, anchoring, storytelling, Bollywood, and digital content creation. Key Responsibilities: Anchor & Host: Serve as the face and anchor of Pinkvilla's social media platforms & Ips Content Creation: Develop engaging video concepts, prepare detailed questionnaires, and scripts. Research: Conduct thorough research on entertainment and Bollywood-related topics to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Production Oversight: Collaborate closely with video editors to ensure seamless editing and final output. Provide creative direction during post-production. You Tube Shorts Management: Guide and mentor interns in creating engaging short-form content. Content Expansion: Conceptualize and host new shows or formats aligned with the brand. Ownership: Manage end-to-end production of all podcast and video content, from ideation to final output. Key Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in anchoring with a strong portfolio of hosted shows. Entertainment & Bollywood Enthusiast: Deep passion and knowledge of Bollywood, celebrity culture, and entertainment, lifestyle and current trends. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi. Creative Leadership: Ability to conceptualize new ideas, drive content strategy, and lead production. Editing Knowledge: Basic understanding of video editing processes, collaborating effectively with editors. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work within a team, including mentoring junior staff or interns. Prior Experience: Hosting or anchoring podcasts or shows. You Tube Familiarity: Understanding of You Tube algorithms and trends, especially around short-form content. Innovation: Enthusiastic about exploring new show formats and expanding content offerings.
