Real Estate Anchor

who can bring properties to life on camera and become the face of Houzbay's growing media presence.

Role Overview

As a
Real Estate Video Anchor

, you'll host on-site project walkthroughs, lifestyle shoots, and market insights that connect with modern homebuyers and investors. You'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to create engaging, high-quality video content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Anchor and present
    video shoots for real estate projects

— from villa walkthroughs to plotted development showcases.

  • Host
    on-site lifestyle videos, developer interactions, and market update segments.

  • Script, rehearse, and improvise content for
    short-form Reels and long-form YouTube videos.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop
    storyboards and brand-led narratives.

  • Communicate
    key project details (price, location, USPs, amenities)

in a clear, credible, and engaging manner.

  • Maintain high on-camera energy and represent
    Houzbay's brand personality

— confident, authentic, and premium.

  • Coordinate with the video production team for smooth shoot execution.

Who You Are

  • A confident
    on-camera communicator

with a natural flair for presenting.

  • Fluent in
    English

(Kannada or Hindi is a plus).

  • Prior exposure to
    anchoring, journalism, or lifestyle/content creation

will be an advantage.

  • Passionate about
    real estate, lifestyle, and storytelling.

  • Comfortable working on-site across different project locations in Bengaluru.

  • Able to adapt tone — from
    luxury brand storytelling

to
informational real estate explainers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Marketing.

  • Experience creating content for
    YouTube, Instagram Reels, or brand videos.

  • Portfolio or sample videos demonstrating on-camera presence (if available).
