Job Opportunity: Lead Data Engineer (10–15 Years Experience)

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: On-site

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST

We’re hiring a Lead Data Engineer for an exciting opportunity with our US-based MNC client If you’re passionate about data engineering, have expertise in AWS and cloud-based solutions, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

✅ Collaborate with business partners to deliver cutting-edge Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics solutions.

✅ Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipeline architectures.

✅ Lead the technical architecture design of data platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security.

✅ Provide technical leadership in Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL, Snowflake).

✅ Develop reusable, scalable ETL frameworks and pipelines for metadata-driven tools and processes.

✅ Refactor code into reusable libraries, APIs, and tools.

✅ Create and own the technical product backlogs, ensuring timely closure.

Who You Are

✔️ Experience: 10+ years of professional experience with at least 6–8 years in Data Engineering (AWS, Data Warehousing, Big Data).

✔️ Skills:

Strong in SQL, Python/Java/Scala, and AWS cloud solutions (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda).

Expertise in Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).

Hands-on experience with Data Harmonization, MDM, and critical data elements management.

✔️ Tools: Proficient in Git-based source control platforms and CICD pipelines.

✔️ Experience in Agile delivery and system design documentation for enterprise solutions.

What Will Give You an Edge

✨ 8+ years of experience in AWS stack (S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena) and Snowflake.

✨ Certification as a Cloud Architect from a reputed public cloud provider.

✨ Development experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployments.

✨ Familiarity with open-source tools and their integration with AWS.
