Job Title: Site Architect Reporting To: Project Director Isprava is seeking an experienced Site Architect to join our dynamic team, focusing on the execution of our luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) along with 5+ years of relevant site experience. This pivotal role involves ensuring that our architectural designs are implemented to perfection on-site, maintaining the exceptional quality and aesthetic standards that Isprava is known for. You will serve as the key liaison between our design studio and on-ground execution teams. Monitor and guide construction teams to ensure fidelity to design intent across all phases of civil, architectural, and finishing works. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and identify any quality or design deviations promptly. Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal design teams, project managers, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Benchmarking: Assist in quality benchmarking and snagging of completed works prior to handover to clients. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with strong exposure to on-site architectural execution, ideally in premium residential or hospitality projects. Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and MS Office; Contour Sites Experience: Preference for candidates with contour sites experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, design-sensitive, and quality-obsessed environment.
