Responsibilities You'll Have:Your job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Under the supervision of a Professional Engineer, design civil site plans for projects in the USA for internationally acclaimed clients across a wide spectrum of industries.Prepare civil site design plans, concept drawings, renders; design stormwater management facilities, utility infrastructure, erosion control practices, construction details; prepare reports and perform reviews.Prepare pre-design feasibility reports of potential project sites, including reviews of the local, state, and federal codes.Site Investigation and Due Diligence, including the review of ordinances, utility service research, and outside agency regulations to establish comprehensive development guidelines.Grading design, including earthwork analysis, site grading, and ADA compliance.Project Coordination, including conferring with client, attorney, and project team for the purpose of preparing a comprehensive site plan application.Collaborate with team members to work on challenging land development projects in a fun, fast-paced environment.Participate in expansion activities, including hiring and training employees.Qualifications You'll Need:A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Civil Engineering and 3 years of related experience in site civil design.3+ years of practical civil site design experience using design software (ex.
