Performance Tester

We are in search of an experienced Performance Tester to join our dedicated QA team at Talent Worx. As a Performance Tester, you will be responsible for evaluating the performance of our applications under various conditions. Your expertise will help ensure that our software meets the highest standards of performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies and test cases.
• Analyze system performance and provide insights into performance bottlenecks.
• Utilize performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or others to conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Prepare performance test reports that summarize findings, recommendations, and optimizations.
• Continuously monitor application performance in production and pre-production environments.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure performance testing aligns with business goals and timelines.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• 5to 8years of experience in Performance Testing with a strong understanding of performance testing principles.
• Proficiency in using performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze test results and make recommendations for improvements.
• Experience with scripting and programming languages like Java, Python, or similar.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic or AppDynamics is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
