What we need from you (Qualifications, Skills and Experience): - This is the area that I really need the teams to provide to get viable candidates and not have to invest too much time going through many resumes that will be non-applicable. From our call, does that make sense? We will also want to add some kind of reasonable targeted start date if the plan is to start on the same date.
Example:
We are looking for a Product Manager & Lead Product Manager (Customer Data Platform (CDP) with 8+ years of experience.
3+ years of experience with a major Customer Data Platform (CDP) (Twilio/Segment, Treasure Data, Adobe Real-time CDP, Action IQ).
Must be set up and able to work remotely.
Experience within an agile product development environment and agile management tools such as Jira and Aha.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
The following are “nice to have” skills: -
· Familiarity with Privacy and Compliance Regulation (GDPR, CCPA)
· Master’s degree or MBA
· Experience in managing SaaS and On-Premises B2C software products.
It is critical that you provide an overview of your Product or Business line. Also provide an overview of the role, what various internal teams the person will be working on, the impact of the role on the organization, etc.
Example: The Product Manager is responsible for understanding the market requirements, customer requirements and working with the development team to create and manage a roadmap for our Customer Data Platform. The product manager will work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to expand our CDP offering and ensure it meets customer needs and achieve business goals.
What will you be doing: (see a sample below)
1.Meet with Customers and prospects and to maintain a deep understanding of the target customer, market trends, and competitive landscape.
2. Define and prioritize product roadmaps for the HCL CDP
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed product requirements documents and/or product specifications
4. Act as the voice of the customer and ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product
development decisions.
5. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.
6. Work with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals.
7. Create internal content to brief internal stakeholders about new functionality.
8. Analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
