Requirement: Architect – Mobile Device ManagementLoacation - Bangalore, NoidaJob DescriptionEnterprise Architect will be focusing on the development of our Mobile DeviceManagement (MDM) product. This role is a blend of strategic architectural leadershipand hands-on, low-level technical execution. The person will be responsible for definingthe technical vision and roadmap for our product while also contributing directly to itsdevelopment, with a specific emphasis on the Go programming language.Core CompetenciesTechnical Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or a similar senior technical leadershiprole, preferably within a software product company. Strong hands-on experience in backend software development, with a minimum of3+ years of professional experience in Go (Golang). Expertise in designing and building scalable, distributed systems, microservices, andAPIs. Deep understanding of MDM principles and related technologies (e.g., Apple PushNotification service, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, device enrolment programs,device policy management) covering Android, i Pad OS, tv OS, mac OS, Windows,Chrome OS, and i OS devices. Familiarity with smart wearable device ecosystems, including communicationprotocols (e.g., Bluetooth LE) and data handling. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Knowledge ofcontainerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes isessential. Solid grasp of database technologies, both relational and No SQL.Non-technical Excellent communication skills Good team player Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to influencetechnical direction. Experience with cryptography and secure coding practices is highly desirable. Ready to work across multiple time zones.Roles & Responsibilities1. Architectural Strategy & Design: Define and own the technical architecture androadmap for the MDM product. This includes system design, component integration,data architecture, and security protocols for a diverse range of devices, includingsmartphones, tablets, and smart wearables (e.g., smartwatches, AR/VR headsets,specialized health monitors). Ensure the architecture is scalable, secure, andmaintainable.2. Hands-on Development: Actively contribute to the codebase, writing high-quality,efficient, and well-documented code in Go. This includes developing core backendservices, APIs, and microservices.3. Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert and technical mentor for theengineering team. Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and promotebest practices in software development.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineeringteams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technicalspecifications and architectural designs.5. Innovation & Research: Stay current with emerging technologies and industrytrends, particularly in MDM, wearable technology, cybersecurity, and cloud-nativearchitectures. Evaluate and propose new technologies to improve our product.6. Performance & Scalability: Identify and address performance bottlenecks andscalability challenges within the system. Design solutions that can handle a largenumber of connected devices and high-volume data traffic, including the unique datapayloads from smart wearables.7. Customer Implementation & Success: Act as a senior technical advisor for keycustomer implementations around the globe. Work with the customer success andsupport teams to address complex architectural challenges during productdeployment.a. Implementation Strategy: Provide guidance on best practices for deploying theMDM product in various customer environments (e.g., on-premise, cloud, hybrid).b. Troubleshooting: Serve as a top-tier escalation point for complex technical issuesthat arise during customer rollouts, providing deep architectural insight to resolveproblems.c. Feedback Loop: Gather direct feedback from customers regarding implementationchallenges and product pain points. Translate this feedback into actionable itemsfor the product and engineering teams, influencing the product roadmap to ensurelong-term customer success.
