The Social Fixx is Delhi's leading boutique design & digital marketing agency with 40+ active clients in luxury fashion & lifestyle. We're looking to hire a talented & experienced Womenswear Designer (Ready-to-Wear) for our new D2C Ecomm Fashion, Pia & Paro Clothing


Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer at the Pia & Paro Clothing Atelier located in Mehrauli, South Delhi. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for for the following:


Design Execution

  • Conceptualize and design women’s westernwear print-first garments, ensuring innovation and market relevance.
  • Develop unique and trend-forward prints, patterns, and surface designs that align with the brand's aesthetic.
  • Create detailed tech packs with accurate design and construction details for production.
  • Manage the development and approval process for fabrics, prints, and surface embellishments.
  • Collaborate with the tailoring team to conduct fit sessions and refine garment construction.
  • Maintain linesheets and organize seasonal range plans to support collection rollouts.
  • Adhere to seasonal calendar deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of all design milestones.


Design Strategy

  • Create a robust design strategy to achieve business goals and boost sales.
  • Work on moodboards and design plans for the upcoming seasons.
  • Stay updated on fashion and apparel trends to uncover new opportunities for innovation.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Gather insights from the sales team regarding customer feedback.
  • Coordinate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate smooth production processes.
  • Exhibit teamwork and management skills to drive organizational and brand objectives efficiently.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in women’s westernwear, with a degree from NIFT or Pearl Academy.
  • Strong creative and aesthetic sensibilities, with a deep understanding of youth culture.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Indian and international womenswear trends and brands.
  • Excellent communication and idea articulation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and schedules effectively.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
