The Social Fixx | Digital Marketing Specialist

The Social Fixx is Delhi's leading boutique design & digital marketing agency with 40+ active clients in luxury fashion, hospitality & lifestyle.
The agency works with brands on social media, e-commerce, performance marketing & business strategy We're looking to hire seasoned digital marketing experts & e-commerce specialists who can help us further grow & strengthen our clients' online businesses via Meta and Google ads We're only looking for people who have experience with fashion/lifestyle/home decor/luxury travel/e-commerces and have worked extensively with Shopify websites.
What will you do?
- Manage the digital marketing budget of clients in the most effective way.
- Bring creative ideas to drive Brand awareness and consideration.
- Coordinate the execution, optimization and analysis of Meta & Google campaigns;
- Evaluating digital marketing campaigns for their effectiveness and ROI together with finding opportunities to constantly optimize for reaching the set KPI targets;
- Keep your knowledge up to date with the latest industry trends and new features
Who are you?
- At least a bachelor’s degree
- Min 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and managing a team
- Good understanding of Search advertising, Paid Social, Remarketing and Whatsapp + Newsletter Marketing.
- Analytical mind set, detail oriented, good with numbers and capable to create forecasts on how to optimize the available marketing budget within different markets and in line with the business goals/KPIs;
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Google Analytics, A/B testing and keywords analysis for driving campaign design and successful roll-out;
- Proven ability in manually optimizing and effectively expanding small to medium Paid Search accounts. The knowledge of bid management tools, AdWords spreadsheets or paid search automation is a plus;
- Innovative, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize multiple projects;
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the digital landscape.
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Candidates with experience of working with fashion & lifestyle business or digital marketing agencies preferred.
