Job Description: Client Servicing Manager (BFSI PR)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager with specialized experience in handling the Public Relations (PR) requirements of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely publication of PR content, collaborating with PR agencies, and driving revenue for the company. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for BFSI clients, ensuring their PR needs are understood and met.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and aligning PR strategies accordingly.
Regularly meet with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and recommend strategic PR solutions.
PR Campaign Management:
Oversee the development and execution of PR campaigns tailored to the BFSI sector.
Coordinate with internal teams and external PR agencies to ensure campaign deliverables are met.
Monitor the performance of PR activities and provide clients with timely reports on media coverage and campaign outcomes.
Media Relations & Publications:
Work closely with PR agencies to develop media strategies, pitch stories, and secure media placements.
Review and approve articles, press releases, and other PR materials before they are published.
Ensure all client communications are published within deadlines and align with the agreed-upon strategy.
Revenue Generation & Upselling:
Identify opportunities for upselling additional PR services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
Help clients navigate new PR opportunities that align with their business goals and industry trends.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with internal teams including creatives, strategists, and media planners to deliver successful PR campaigns.
Liaise with the account management team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Market Trends & Analysis:
Keep abreast of current trends and developments in the BFSI sector and PR industry to advise clients on relevant opportunities.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand market positioning and PR strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in PR, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in PR account management, with a focus on BFSI clients.
Proven experience in managing client relationships and executing PR strategies.
Strong network and relationships with media outlets, journalists, and PR agencies.
Experience with monitoring and evaluating PR campaign effectiveness.
Strong knowledge of digital media platforms and PR tools.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management abilities with an eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to drive client satisfaction and revenue.
In-depth knowledge of the BFSI sector and its communication needs.
