Lladró, the world’s leading Spanish brand in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of a wide range of handmade art porcelain creations, is looking for an E-commerce Specialist to join their team in India.
Designation: E-commerce Specialist
Reporting to : Chief Executive Officer in India. But functionally they will also report to Global E-commerce Director at HQ.
Location: Based at Corporate Office at MG Road, Sultanpur, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
·       Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities in the Indian e Commerce landscape. Develop and execute data-driven e Commerce strategies tailored to the Indian market.
·       Platform Management: Keep updating the Catalog in the Magento 2 e Commerce platform. Oversee and optimize product listings on popular Indian e Commerce third party platforms (Tata Cliq, company website, etc.). Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory levels are accurate and up to date.
·       Campaigns and Content Creation: Collaborate with the digital marketing team in Headquarters to create localized content, including product descriptions, images, and videos, that resonate with the Indian audience. Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance product discoverability.
·       Customer Experience Optimization: Monitor and enhance the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and culturally appropriate experience from browsing to purchase and post-sales support. Gather and analyze customer feedback to implement improvements.
·       Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local e Commerce partners, and affiliates to expand product visibility and reach.
·       Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key e Commerce metrics, including conversion rates, traffic sources, and revenue growth, providing regular reports to the management team.
·       Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on Indian e Commerce regulations, consumer protection laws, and industry best practices to ensure full compliance.
Qualifications :
·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
·      Proven experience (2+ years) in e Commerce operations, preferably within the Indian market.
·      Proficiency in the English language (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
·      Strong knowledge of Indian e Commerce platforms (Tata Cliq, company website, etc.).
·      Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and e Commerce analytics tools.
·      Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
·      Cultural sensitivity and a deep understanding of the Indian consumer behavior.
·      Strong communication and negotiation skills.
·       Result-oriented.
