Our team works 100% remotely and asynchronously, following modern software development practices.If you’re passionate about quality, automation, and building scalable QA processes, this is your opportunity to make a major impact on a product loved by thousands of players.What You’ll DoLead and mentor the QA team, defining quality standards and best practicesDesign and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testingEstablish and maintain QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/Node JS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes)Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of developmentDrive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processesManage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platformsCreate and maintain detailed test documentation and reportingMentor junior QA engineers and help grow the QA functionWhat We’re Looking ForMSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleHands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, Browser StackStrong programming skills in Python and Type ScriptExperience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/Node JS)Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar)Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testingExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyExperience working in startups and remote teamsSelf-driven, organized, and proactiveBonus Points ForInfrastructure testing experience (Kubernetes, Docker)Mobile automation testing expertiseFamiliarity with monitoring and observability toolsLoad and stress testing experienceKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience with test management toolsUnderstanding of security testing practicesDatabase knowledge (Postgre SQL, Mongo DB)Cloud platform experienceWhy You’ll Love Working With Us????
