The role is responsibleEnsuring loading the machines with coordination with Internal TeamEnsure timely delivery of machined parts from Captive Center with qualityScheduling & Prioritization for loading the machines along with Captive Center plannerInterfacing between Internal teams & Captive CentreCaptive Centre Management and conflict resolutionPreparing & sharing the Daily, weekly and monthly performance report (MIS)Managing the work allocation and capability enhancement of Captive CenterCost and process optimization in Captive Machine Center to meet lead time, quality and cost targetsEducationBE Mechanical with 3-4 years relevant exp / Diploma in Tool & Die / DME with 6-8 yr expRelevant ExperienceKnowledge on machining processes and Special ProcesDrawings Interpretation and knowledge on GD&TKnowledge in defining Sequence of the Part manufacturing processTeam player, ability to learn quicklyGood Communication skillsHands on experience in VMC/ CNC machining will be an advantageBasic knowledge on CNC Programming and machine job settingMulti linguistic skills (Tamil, Kannada) will be an advantageAbility to work challenging and time bound assignment
