The role is responsibleEnsuring loading the machines with coordination with Internal TeamEnsure timely delivery of machined parts from Captive Center with qualityScheduling & Prioritization for loading the machines along with Captive Center plannerInterfacing between Internal teams & Captive CentreCaptive Centre Management and conflict resolutionPreparing & sharing the Daily, weekly and monthly performance report (MIS)Managing the work allocation and capability enhancement of Captive CenterCost and process optimization in Captive Machine Center to meet lead time, quality and cost targetsEducation BE Mechanical with 3-4 years relevant exp / Diploma in Tool & Die / DME with 6-8 yr expRelevant Experience Knowledge on machining processes and Special ProcesDrawings Interpretation and knowledge on GD&T Knowledge in defining Sequence of the Part manufacturing process Team player, ability to learn quickly Good Communication skills Hands on experience in VMC/ CNC machining will be an advantage Basic knowledge on CNC Programming and machine job setting Multi linguistic skills (Tamil, Kannada) will be an advantage Ability to work challenging and time bound assignment
