This role is designed for someone who not only thrives in building scalable, high-impact products but also aspires to grow into a technology leadership position .As a core member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology stack, product architecture and long-term tech vision.What You'll DoLead the design, development and deployment of applications across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).Build and integrate AI/ML models into production-ready systems, ensuring real-world scalability and efficiency.Drive technical architecture decisions and align technology choices with long-term business strategy.Collaborate with founders, product managers and cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap.Ensure best practices in software engineering, testing, deployment and security.Mentor and guide junior engineers, building a strong engineering-first culture.Owning technology strategy and innovation initiatives.What We're Looking ForMinimum 6 years of professional software development experience.Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and AWS cloud services.Proven experience building AI/ML-driven applications.Solid understanding of system architecture, scalability and performance optimization.Proficiency in databases (SQL & NoSQL), APIs (REST/GraphQL), and microservices.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance hands-on coding and architectural vision.Excellent communication skills with a leadership mindset.
