Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. This role focuses on developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement, retention, and course enrollment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing strategy, audience segmentation, and creating compelling content that drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, seasonal promotions, and engagement emails.
• Audience Segmentation: Implement and refine audience segmentation strategies to ensure personalized and relevant communication across various customer journeys.
• Content Collaboration: Partner with marketing and content teams to produce engaging email content that aligns with our brand and strategic goals.
• Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to enhance email engagement and maximize conversions.
• Design & Mobile Optimization: Ensure all email templates are optimized for mobile and various devices for an exceptional user experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on email marketing best practices, trends, and tools, applying these insights to elevate our strategy.
• Compliance: Adhere to email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in email marketing.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and mobile responsiveness.
• Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization in email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive campaign improvements.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the healthcare or educational industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Certification in email marketing or marketing automation platforms.
