What This Role Requires

In the role of Power Apps Developer, you will be a key contributor to MResult’s mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do:


Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze application design requirements and collaborate with Agile teams to understand business needs.

• Develop custom business applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps).

• Integrate Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages with Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365).

• Design and implement custom connectors for Power Apps.

• Create automated workflows using Power Automate.

• Conduct performance tuning and optimize Power Apps applications.

• Customize Power Apps functionalities using PowerFX, JavaScript and other relevant technologies. • Ensure data integrity, quality and security.

• Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Pages, Power Portals, Power Virtual Agents).

• Manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet tight deadlines.


Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:

• 6-7 years of experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Expertise in Power Apps development, Power Automate and Power BI.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Microsoft 365).

• Experience with database-driven applications (Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
