What This Role Requires

In the role of Senior Tableau Developer, you will be a key contributor to MResult’s mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do:

  • Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
  • Collaboration with business stakeholders to comprehend their data requirements and offer solutions that meet them.
  • Diagnose and resolve any problems related to data, dashboards, or reports.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Create technical designs, test cases, and user guides.
  • Address any performance or data issues with workbooks and data sources.
  • Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into visual insights.


Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:

We are looking for two candidates: one with 5+ years of experience in Tableau, SQL, and QlikSense, and another with at least some experience in any ETL tool (preferably Dataiku or Airtable). Basic Python knowledge is preferred for both roles.
