**Role Description: Business Development Executive**



**Position Overview:**

As a **Business Development Executive**, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our education exposition by building strong relationships with colleges, universities, and education consultants. Your primary responsibility will be to identify key decision-makers, showcase the unique features and strengths of our company, and secure their participation in the events we organize.


**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Identify and Reach Out to Decision-Makers:**

- Research and identify the appropriate departments and stakeholders in colleges, universities, and education consulting firms.

- Build and maintain a database of potential participants and clients.


2. **Present Company Offerings:**

- Clearly articulate the company’s capabilities, offerings, and the benefits of participating in the exposition.

- Customize presentations to align with the needs and objectives of potential participants.


3. **Build Relationships:**

- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with educational institutions and consultants.

- Act as a point of contact for all inquiries and ensure prompt, professional communication.


4. **Negotiate and Close Deals:**

- Convince stakeholders of the value and ROI of participating in the exposition.

- Handle negotiations to finalize participation agreements.

- Meet or exceed sales and participation targets.



**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to handle objections and close deals.

- A proactive and result-oriented approach.

- Experience in sales, business development, or event management (preferably in the education sector).

- Ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously.

-Open to Travel
