Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role (3 days office + 3 days remote) for a Digital Wholesale & Transformation Associate based in Chennai.
The role will:
- Manage our presence on JOOR and Faire , support global buyer onboarding, and drive digital wholesale sales.
- Build scalable systems, SOPs, and templates to professionalize Srivatsa’s digital growth journey.
- Act as a bridge between sales, design, production, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution.
This position is central to taking our luxury craft to top retailers worldwide while enabling Srivatsa’s next stage of digital transformation.
What You’ll DoDigital Wholesale
- Manage JOOR & Faire storefronts: upload line sheets, catalogs, and product launches
- Engage with buyers: handle inquiries, meetings, and sample coordination
- Track and process POs, payments (JOOR Pay, Faire payouts), and commissions
- Build weekly dashboards covering leads, conversions, reorders, and ROI
- Coordinate with design, production, and compliance teams for accurate data and timely updates
- Grow marketplace presence and support reporting on performance
