We serve clients across industries including healthcare, life sciences, banking and financial services, retail, travel, manufacturing, and software product companies.Role Summary:We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This role is essential in driving operational excellence, optimizing marketing technology, and enabling data-driven decision-making to accelerate pipeline growth and customer acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Technology & AutomationManage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics.Manage existing MarTech stack, evaluate and implement new tools to improve marketing performance, scalability, and personalization.Ensure data integrity and compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Campaign & Lead OperationsSupport the execution of global, vertical and regional growth campaigns by building scalable workflows and lead nurturing programs.Collaborate with digital, content, and field marketing teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.Monitor lead flow, lead scoring, and routing to ensure alignment with sales processes.Analytics, Reporting & InsightsBuild and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as MQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, and campaign ROI.Provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and marketing spend.Use advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, macros, data modeling) to analyze large datasets and support decision-making.Project & Process ManagementDrive operational efficiency by standardizing marketing processes and documentation.Manage cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.Maintain the global marketing calendar and coordinate key initiatives like product launches, webinars, and events.Budget & Vendor OversightAssist in managing the global marketing budget, including tracking spend and ROI.Manage vendor relationships for marketing tools, platforms, and services.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).7+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B IT services or SaaS environment.Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, or Tableau.Advanced Excel skills required (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, VBA/macros).Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Familiarity with global marketing practices and compliance standards.Preferred Skills:Experience with ABM (
