We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Manager to lead our pricing and yield optimization efforts. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in short-term rental markets and hands-on experience with PriceLabs , market analytics, and revenue forecasting.

Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across our portfolio.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align promotions and availability with revenue goals.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Conduct A/B testing of pricing models and promotional campaigns.
Forecast revenue and occupancy for budgeting and business planning.

2+ years of experience in revenue management, preferably in short-term rentals, hospitality, or hotels.
~ Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.
~ Detail-oriented with a passion for performance optimization.
~ Experience with platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com is a strong asset.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
