We are looking for a Proposal & Technical Writer to join our Kochi office and take a lead role in creating persuasive RFP responses and high-quality content that showcases our IT services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, research, and storytelling, and wants to be at the center of how our solutions reach clients.

Write and edit RFP responses, proposals, and technical documentation for IT services and digital transformation projects.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and delivery teams to turn technical ideas into clear, client-ready content.
Build and maintain a content library of templates, case studies, and past performance documents.
Ensure content is compliant, consistent, and high quality, while meeting strict deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
~3–6 years of experience in technical writing, proposal writing, or content writing—preferably in IT services or GovCon.
~ Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
~ Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, or Google Workspace.
