With a growing team in India, we are building strong capabilities to expand our impact globally.About the RoleWe are looking for a Proposal & Technical Writer to join our Kochi office and take a lead role in creating persuasive RFP responses and high-quality content that showcases our IT services.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, research, and storytelling, and wants to be at the center of how our solutions reach clients.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and edit RFP responses, proposals, and technical documentation for IT services and digital transformation projects.Collaborate with subject matter experts and delivery teams to turn technical ideas into clear, client-ready content.Build and maintain a content library of templates, case studies, and past performance documents.Support creation of capability statements, pitch decks, and whitepapers that highlight our IT services.Conduct industry and market research to strengthen proposal narratives with relevant insights.Ensure content is compliant, consistent, and high quality, while meeting strict deadlines.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.3–6 years of experience in technical writing, proposal writing, or content writing—preferably in IT services or GovCon.Proven ability to develop RFP/RFQ/RFI responses for government or enterprise clients.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.Familiarity with government procurement processes and IT services terminology (an advantage).Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, or Google Workspace.Why Join Us?Be part of a growing IT services company working on cutting-edge solutions in AI, Cloud, Data, and Digital Transformation.Shape the company’s success by creating content that wins deals and builds brand credibility.Work in a collaborative, learning-driven environment with global exposure.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to share their updated resume at it-hiring@pricesenz.com with the subject line: Application – Proposal & Technical Writer (Kochi)PriceSenz is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
