You’ll be our voice across platforms, creating engaging content, building community, and making our mission resonate with people—whether they're eco-activists, everyday citizens, or corporate donors. This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone who’s excited to build from scratch , experiment, and grow with us. Research and implement a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube Create engaging posts that highlight tree planting activities, impact stories, field visuals, and environmental days Work with field teams to collect photos, videos, and stories from the ground Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, clicks) and suggest improvements Collaborate with content creators, designers, and the wider team Stay updated on trends in climate, sustainability, and social media 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably for a nonprofit, sustainability brand, or startup ~ Strong writing skills with a clear, engaging tone ~ Must be well-versed with CANVA and other editing tools. ~ Comfortable being both creative and data-driven ~ Passionate about traveling and meeting new people.
