Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinating with business for strategizing the growth of the company from digital marketing perspective
End to End ownership of email marketing strategy. Planning, creation, execution, tracking, reporting of email marketing campaigns.
Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
Build custom email templates and execute responsive email campaigns for clients and internal marketing initiatives.
Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template.
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
Develop a personalization strategy.
Include specific graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions.
Review messages for brevity.
Ensure messages are mobile-friendly.
Create database of emails for lead generation.
Follow up on interested respondents.
Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs.
Include persuasive 'call-to-actions' in advertisements and promotions.
Track and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns.
Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases.
Develop and code the list segmentation for all direct and interactive marketing campaigns and communicate requirements to the primary database vendor.
Plan email personalization to deepest level to maximize client Lifetime Value, experience and engagement frequency.
Design, build and maintain clients’ social media presence and implement a posting strategy
Understand different client cohorts (new vs. repeat, broken down by source, locations, profiles, sectors, etc. ) and behavior across platforms
Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive email campaigns
Develop and maintain a consistent look and feel for email communications
Develop promotional content and materials for email campaigns
Review and analyze email data
Assist in the development of reports from data analysis
Maintaining the social media handles with regular posts, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Strategize and executing online marketing strategies and Google AdWords, Social Media Marketing, SEO and other SEM campaigns for Lead Generation and executing them
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
Experience using CRM.
Should be familiar with MailChimp, Active Campaign, Pardot or other email marketing channels. Knowledge of HTML is also mandatory.
Good communication and negotiation skills. Having fluency in both written and spoken English language is a must
Preferred Experience
3-5 years in handling Email Marketing, SEM and SMM at any reputed brand in India. A startup experience would be preferred.
