Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential leads for our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools, as well as a proven ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. This role will play a critical part in the growth of our customer base and overall business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and prospect potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online platforms.
- Research and qualify leads through various channels including social media, email campaigns, and web searches.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
Email Marketing:
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.
- Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviours, and engagement levels to target prospects effectively.
- Track and analyse the performance of email marketing campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize for better results.
Outreach and Follow-up:
- Proactively reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls to establish connections and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process.
CRM Management:
- Enter and update lead information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Track and report lead generation metrics, including conversion rates and follow-up success.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.
- Share insights and feedback from leads to improve product offerings and sales tactics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and building a sales pipeline.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools/platforms.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, email deliverability, and conversion optimization techniques.
