Role Description
We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform and CE (CRM) Developer to design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions and applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and efficient solutions that address business needs, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Development
- Develop, customise, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Design workflows, business rules, and integrations to ensure seamless user experiences.
Integration & API Management
- Develop and maintain integrations between CRM systems and external applications using APIs and other integration tools.
- Design and implement data flow processes and ETL pipelines within the Power Platform environment.
- Ensure data accuracy and synchronisation across connected systems.
Performance Optimisation & Maintenance
- Monitor and optimise system performance to ensure responsiveness and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM and Power Platform applications.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to enhance system functionality.
Documentation
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, workflows, data flow diagrams, and user guides.
- Document integration processes, customisations, and configurations for future reference and team collaboration.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) development.
- Strong understanding of CRM customisation, configuration, and development best practices.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience in designing and implementing data flows and ETL pipelines using Power Platform tools.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, C#, and .NET for CRM customisation.
- Experience in integrating systems using APIs and managing data flows.
- Experience in Cloud Computing
- Business Process and Solution Architecture knowledge
Problem-Solving & Communication:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Communication and Consulting skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Microsoft Dynamics 365/CE certification is a plus
